Small round side diamonds accent a beautiful center diamond. This ring is a classic. The basic one I show here is in platinum, but every jeweler should have it available in all fine metals including white and yellow gold. The diamonds along the shank are pinpoint set in prongs to minimize the width and metal showing. The center diamond is securing in an intrigated head.

2nd Best Selling Ring
After a basic solitaire, this ring is the second best seller and has been for years. At my store, we have made so many iterations of it. The diamonds can be larger or smaller (though I would not go smaller than 0.01 carat each for the side diamonds). Some people want diamonds all the way around or 3/4 of the way. That detail is not worth the hassle or money. Overall, I would say this ring is a very solid choice for an engagement ring.
