Halo Engagement Ring With Diamond Shank
Calculated Appraisal Value: Unable to Calculate Value
There are so many different styles of halos. This variation is quite common. It features a plain under bezel and has round diamonds set around the center diamond, which is also round, and down along the shank. The center diamond, shown here with a round, is prong set into an integrated head.

Never Loved Halos
Halos are awkward. I complained about their popularity when the trend started almost 15 years ago now and still do today. This ring is more bearable than most halos: the head is integrated meaning the diamond sets nicely in there, the halo is up allowing a wedding band to fit nicely against the engagement ring, and the accent diamonds are visible. In general, halos are a mess for so many reasons.
