This ring has a classic look. For engagement rings with side diamonds, this design is one of my favorite. The center round diamond is flanked by two tapered baguettes. The exact proportions depend on the size of the center diamond and width of the ring shank.

Classic Ring - Not Much Resale
This style is timeless and beautiful. As I said above, I love it. However, tapered baguettes do not have much resale value and are most of the price of this ring. The tapered baguettes are impossible to match well and often break upon removal. Finding a perfect setting for a matched set is another impossible tasks.
